Thrinacia Core UI moving to Semantic UI 1.x branch

We will be migrating from existing Semantic UI 0.x branch to 1.x branch this and next week. This move will also mean slightly adjusted look and feel, full removal of any legacy bootstrap dependencies ( for pure Semantic UI experience ) and full use of new Semantic UI 1.x capabilities.

Updates will be auto propagated to all clients on all of our production CrowdFunding portals. There will be no downtime during this update.
