Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers and wire transfers. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, the Discover Plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features (except custom domain name), so you can test the system before you pay for the plan.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all campaign data, donor information, and transaction records at any time during this period.

Who is the Enterprise plan for?

Enterprise is designed for organizations that need private fundraising infrastructure deployed in specific regions or data centers worldwide, with enhanced control, flexibility, and support.

Do you take a percentage of donations?

Thrinacia does not take a platform fee on donations. The only transaction fees are from the payment processor (e.g., Stripe fees). You keep full control of your revenue model.
