How do project creators get their funds?
Project creators or campaign managers can get the funds in two ways as explained below.
1. Automatic funds distribution between project creator and website operator
In this instance project creator connects their own Stripe account to the campaign they are creating under “Funding” step of the creation process. Stripe will then handle automatic fund distribution between the website and project creator based on the set percentage in the portal administration panel.
2. Manual funds distribution between project creator and website operator
In this instance project creator will not see the “Funding” step at all. All funds will go into single Stripe account configured in the portal administration panel and website operator will need to distribute funds manually. To turn this feature on, please refer to the “Direct Transaction” option as per link below.
