After I make my first monthly subscription payment will future payments automatically be withdrawn from my account?
The initial monthly payment will be withdrawn from your account on the day that you start the subscription. Future payments will automatically be withdrawn from your account on the same day of every month going forward.
Can the website be translated into another language?
Yes, you can translate the websites into a different language. For translating your website using Angular Translate you just need to create a folder inside the views/translation folder. This folder will contain all of your JSON data for translating into new language. Here is a full tutorial on how to accomplish this: Thrinacia Translation Using Angular Translate.
Can I use my own domain name that I have acquired from a domain registration service?
Yes, you can use your own domain name that you have purchased from a domain registration service, (GoDaddy, Hover, Register.com, etc.). Use of your own domain is included in the price for Experiment, Build and Scale plans.

How long does it take to gain access to my website once I have subscribed to a plan?
It takes between two and three hours for Thrinacia’s team to setup a new account and website.
How can I try out Thrinacia’s backend administration tools?
Try the free 7 day trial for the Experiment plan. If you don’t want to continue using Thrinacia, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. We will email you before your trial ends. Otherwise, you’ll pay $69.99/month for the subscription as long as your account is open. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time without penalty.
How much does Stripe charge for each transaction?
Stripe takes a simple approach. They charge a flat rate of 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge.
Stripe does not disclose any special high volume rates, but you can contact the company, (sales@stripe.com) if you cross over the $80,000 dollar volume per month threshold. You can view the Stripe pricing policy here: Stripe – Simple Pricing.
What kind of payment methods does Thrinacia support?
Thrinacia supports credit card and bitcoin payments through Stripe Connect. The credit cards supported by Stripe include: AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. In addition; Thrinacia supports WidgetMakr and Crimson v2 for payment gateways.
Thrinacia will be introducing the option to use PayPal in the near future.
What level of support do you offer?
Thrinacia offers realtime Slack chat support for specific accounts or plans. You will be allocated a dedicated Slack team for your project once the subscription plan is initialized. You will be able to connect with developers and other support staff on this Slack team.
In addition to Slack chat support, we also offer ticketing system (Nexus), email and phone support.
