How does Thrinacia scale traffic?

We scale traffic using clusters of independent machines/nodes which can load balance the traffic. We run our own infrastructure on top of the bare metal provided by independent enterprise based data centers such as for example: Rackspace, Softlayer, OVH, etc.

Is Thrinacia strictly used for building Reward, Donation and Pre-Order CrowdFunding Platforms/Paradigms?

Thrinacia is focused on delivering a superior crowdfunding engine for building reward, donation and pre-order platforms as a turn key solution. Thrinacia also offers ability to run equity, real estate or loan based crowdfunding models/paradigms out of the box.

Is Thrinacia Atlas open source?

Thrinacia Atlas is a hybrid crowdfunding solution. It’s offered in SaaS and On-premises versions.

Source code for the Web UI and other front-end components is available and fully customizable in both SaaS and On-premises version while REST API (documented and available with every plan in SaaS version) is closed source. REST API engine source code is only available in the On-premises version.

Please visit our SaaS subscription plans for pricing and more details here or view our On-premises solution here.

What is campaign run mode?

There are 2 different types of campaign run modes as explained below:

  1. Continuous campaigns: These are campaigns which do not have an end date.
  2. Time based campaigns: This run mode will require an end date for the campaign.

How do I enable these features?

If you would like to enable the 2 run modes for campaign creation, log in as an admin, go to the administrator dashboard, click on Portal Settings, then on the Campaign Settings. Scroll down to the section called Campaign Run Mode as shown in the image below:

Check the “Enable Continuous Campaigns” box, and save the settings.

What if I want to hide the campaign run mode from the campaign preview or live campaign?

As you can see from the above screenshot, you can “Hide Campaign Run Mode“. When you check this box, it will hide the campaign run mode when viewing the campaign as per example screenshot below:

The campaign run mode is underlined in red

As you can see, the campaign says “Continuous Campaign – No End Date“. This text will be removed when you enable the “Hide Campaign Run Mode” option.
