How do I start with Thrinacia Atlas once I subscribe?
You will be sent instructions in the email. You can start by reading our start tutorial here: https://www.thrinacia.com/blog/post/website-administration-panel which explains how to use Administration Panel to setup/configure your website.
Can I set per campaign transaction fees?
Yes, in addition to global transaction fee (applicable to all campaigns), Thrinacia Atlas also allows you to define per campaign transaction fee which then if set overrides the global value.
Below is screenshot showing the setting which needs to be enabled in Admin UI -> Portal Settings -> Campaign Settings.
How would I get notifications about latest code releases?
Thrinacia offers RSS feeds for both Blog Articles and FAQ Entries on our main RSS feed page below.
You can subscribe for example to our “Updates” RSS feed which contains major release announcements as per link below.
https://sedra.thrinacia.com/category/updates/feed
There are services which automatically poll the RSS feeds and can notify you via email for example once there are newly added feed items such as releases, updates and so on.
Does free 2 week trial have access to source code?
Free trial does not have access to the source code. For source code access you need to ensure you are on any paid plan such as Discover, Experiment, Build or Scale plan.
You can upgrade your free trial plan to paid plan at any time by creating a support ticket in our issue tracking system.
Do you provide inbound mail hosting services or mail inbox?
At this time Thrinacia does not provide inbound mail hosting services or the mail inbox. You can use any other mail hosting services such as the ones provided by GoDaddy or Google for example. There are many providers to choose from.
If you are paying Thrinacia Atlas subscriber we can add inbound MX records into your DNS zone if you are hosting the DNS zone with us. So if you choose to use Google for inbound mail we can add the appropriate MX records for you, just let us know to add them by opening support ticket.
How do you notify backers of updates to your campaign?
Here is how you can send an email notification of your update to the backers of your campaign.
To notify the backers of an update to your campaign, click on the top right icon.
Next go to “My Campaigns”.
From here, choose the campaign you want to update, then click “Manage Updates”.
Create your Update.
Make sure, if you want to send to all backers, that you have selected “All backers”, under “Who should see this?”. When you are finished click save.
When you are ready, click “publish”, then “yes” to the pop up.
To send an email notification, click “notify backers”.
This will send an email to all of the backers of the specified campaign.
How do contribution options work for backers?
When contributors click to contribute they have several options to choose from.
They can contribute as regular user with their information visible on the backer list, they can contribute either fully anonymous (where all of their information is hidden from the backer area) or partially anonymous (where some of the their information is hidden from the backer area).
In addition to these options they can also choose to contribute as special guest user. When contribution is made as guest user the user account is not created (because user has not supplied password) so contribution gets allocated to special portal user called “Guest User”. All contributions going through “Guest” option get allocated to this single and special “Guest” account.
Note that only difference between “Guest” contribution and “Regular Contribution” is that password field is removed so that account is not created. If you intend to accept regular contributions and want users to be created then please disable “Guest” mode and allow people to contribute in a regular way where they can select “Anonymous” contribution option if they do not want their information to be shown or shared.
Any of these modes can be enabled or disabled. For example you can disable guest contributions and allow only regular contributions. This is all controlled from the Administration Panel for your website portal.
You can also change name and email of this special “Guest User” by navigating to the Portal Administration -> Users interface. There simply locate the Guest User and edit that user. Make sure to never remove this special user.
How do I see meta tags added to my pages?
All meta tags added or set via page editor in Web UI administration panel can be seen by inspecting the page (thus processing javascript code) or by using headless javascript processor. Screenshot showing this is below.
Note that the added meta tags won’t be seen through simple view source mechanism since they are dynamically added to the page once the page is loaded on the browser as the whole Web UI is angular built single page application.
Search engine crawlers pick these meta tags automatically when they process page (javascript code) either directly or through our pre-rendering cluster if they are not able to process javascript directly. Google has ability to index pages and process javascript natively. Therefore there should not be any issues in regards to search engine indexing.
