If my credit card declines when subscription is due to renew what will happen?
We try to automatically bill the credit card you have on the subscription plan every month in order to renew your subscription. If such payment fails due to the credit card declining the charges for example, we will then perform the following:
- Send you automatic email notification letting you know that credit card you originally signed up with could not be billed and that you need to provide another credit card or fix existing one
- If there is no response within 48-72 hours from when last declined payment email notification was sent then system will automatically stop and archive your website
- Website will be permanently purged and removed from the archives if there is no response in 3 weeks since last notification in regards to declined payment was sent
Please note that there is a one time restoration fee ($100 USD) which will need to be authorized first and charged if you need to restore your website from the archives, assuming that we still have the website in the archives. You will also have to pay overdue charges from previous months that were not paid if there were any. Past 3 week period we will likely not have the archived website nor any of the data anymore.
Can I Prepay for the Subscription Plans instead of Paying Monthly?
Yes. You can prepay for 6 months or 1 year in advance. Let us know if you want to use prepay method. You will need to make sure you have account setup in order for us to activate prepaid subscription feature for you.
If you don’t prepay we will bill your credit card every month automatically. This is the default payment mode when you sign up for the subscription plan for the first time.
What are the different support levels in Thrinacia?
Thrinacia uses tiered support level system. The support levels are as defined as follows:
- Tier 1 – Phone, Dedicated Slack Chat, Google Meet/Zoom, Email and Issue Tracker Support. High Level Priority Response.
- Tier 2 – Email Support Only. Basic Level Priority Response.
Dedicated Slack Chat support includes realtime chat support on Slack network with development/support teams and screen sharing through Google Meet/Zoom. Such support must be allocated in advance per each account. Phone support includes support via voice phone call and such requests should be scheduled in advance.
How does Thrinacia handle Website Customizations?
All Website UI Customizations are handled as described in the blog post here. Thrinacia allows for either full or partial exclusion methods to be used at this time.
How do I revert the custom pages to their default templates?

What file format should I use for my logo?
Make sure that your logo is saved as a PNG file format in order to keep the logo’s quality. Logos should never be saved as JPG file format, your artwork will lose its quality each time its uploaded into the platform. For more information, refer to http://nojpeg.org
How can I upload an image to pages? (i.e. About, FAQ, etc.)
Please follow this tutorial for detailed instructions on how to upload and place an image into a page.
Important Note: if you are unable to upload a certain image then do the following to the file: Export > Save For Web (Legacy) > Set Preset to PNG-24 > Save and then try to upload the image again.
Can I hire Thrinacia development team or someone else for any custom modifications?
You can either hire internal Thrinacia development team or outside developer familiar with AngularJS / Semantic UI and REST API’s for any requested custom modification work that is required for your crowdfunding website.
Our team will consult with you to get a clear understanding of all of the specifications and then provide you with an estimate related to hours and cost involved. This cost is separate from your monthly subscription payment.
