If you are using the Scale plan as per our pricing page here: https://www.thrinacia.com/atlas/pricing you can see that you will receive remote SSH access. In order to receive the remote SSH access, you will need to contact support@thrinacia.com or create a new ticket with the request.

How do I receive GIT access?

If you are a developer and would like to receive GIT access, you will need to first be using the Experiment plan or higher as per our pricing page here: https://www.thrinacia.com/atlas/pricing

Once you are using the appropriate plan, you can either create a support ticket in nexus.thrinacia.com or send an email to support@thrinacia.com providing your public SSH key in OpenSSH format. We can then grant you access to your GIT repository so you make changes to the site via GIT.

Please note, if you are making any updates to the front end source code and you do not want your customizations to be overwritten by our automatic updates, you will need to request to be excluded from the automatic updates.

What are the different places where you can set transaction fees?

There are 3 different places where you can set the transaction fee for your particular Crowdfunding purposes, and override other transaction fee settings.

Note that only the administrator can see the transaction fee settings unless you allow campaign creators to set the transaction fee.

Option 1. Payment settings: You can set the transaction fee for all campaigns that are running on the platform in the payment settings area.

You can find this section by logging in as a portal administrator, going to the administrator dashboard, click on the portal settings tab, then on the payment settings option. This will by default set the transaction fee for each campaign created, and charge a percentage of each donation to the campaigns on your platform.

Option 2. Campaign raise modes: You can override the Transaction fee that you set in the payment settings if you would like to charge a different transaction fee for the campaign raise modes.

Scroll down to the Campaign Raise Modes section, and add the transaction fee that you would like to set for the particular raise modes.

Option 3. Campaign percentage fee: You can set a percentage fee per campaign, and override all other transaction fee settings including the payment settings transaction fee, and the raise mode transaction fee settings.

How do I approve campaigns?

By default, when you receive your new Atlas white label Crowdfunding website, the campaigns that are created will have to be manually approved. You have 2 options for approving campaigns:

How does the bank form functionality work?

You can use the bank form feature to collect banking information from campaign creators in order to transfer funds via manual bank transfer. To turn on the feature, log in as a port admin. Next, go to the admin dashboard and click on the portal settings tab, then on payment settings. Scroll down to the bank from toggle as per the screenshot below:

Bank form toggle

Once you turn this toggle ON and save the settings, you will see the following:

Bank information form
Bank information form

Make sure that you are creating a new campaign once the toggle is turned on, or you will not see the above UI’s.

This will allow your campaign creators to save bank transfer information. Then you as platform owner (if you used direct transactions with no stripe connect) would know which bank account to wire money to since the bank information was saved by campaign manager under that campaign.
