Yes, 100%. Even though Atlas front-end Web UI runs as SPA (single page application) written in JS, everything built is SEO friendly. You have full control of meta tags and other page tags and can set these from Administration Panel for your Website.

When content is served to the search robot, like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. for indexing it goes through pre-rendering on the backend and then it’s served as rendered content back to the search robot.

Note that recently however Google has been getting better at understanding Javascript content, so backend rendering is not even needed for Google Bot any longer.

NOTE: If you are hosting the front-end UI on your own server, using the WP plugin or Widget on external website you may run into issues with meta tags not showing in systems like Facebook or Twitter.

In these cases you may need to add pre-rendering capability to your system or add such meta tags to the main page serving the widget on external website (unless it’s added automatically).

When you use our systems pre-rendering is enabled automatically and you don’t need to worry about it, this is just in those cases where you are doing hosting yourself. You can email us at support@thrinacia.com for more information if you are seeing issues.

In some business cases you may need to disable online contributions via payment gateway such as Stripe and add contribution message instead.

This can be accomplished through steps illustrated below.

1. Go to Admin Dashboard
2. Click on Portal Settings
3. Click on Campaign Settings
4. Go to option called “Online Campaign Contributions” and toggle it OFF
5. Provide contribution instructions including any links in “Contribution Instructions” field

These modes control how the contributor wants to show their information on the backer list.

1. Regular means that contribution information will be shown in full.

2. Partially Anonymous means that contribution information will be shown partially (only first name and first letter of last name will be shown).

3. Fully Anonymous means that first name and last name of the contributor will be fully masked out or hidden.

Any type of CrowdFunding campaign can be created and run from Thrinacia Reach on your own website.

Some of the types include continuous (never expires) campaigns, time based campaigns with specific start and end dates, All or Nothing, Keep It All, flexible, fixed funding and other types of campaigns.

Campaigns can be towards a presale of new product or service, fundraiser, donations, raising funds for tv show, film, game and so on. There are many campaigns utilizing Thrinacia Reach to raise funds for their causes.

There are no fees for using Thrinacia Reach. We are providing the service free of charge to you because we want to help users raise money for their causes and help us better evaluate our new products.

Again, your campaigns are 100% free to create and use with Thrinacia Reach.

There are payment processing fees directly payable to Stripe from you as project creator or merchant. Thrinacia Reach does not get any of these fees, but Stripe does.

You need Stripe account to use Thrinacia Reach, so please sign up with Stripe before or after you create your campaign. Funds will go directly to your Stripe account and then Stripe will deposit them into your own bank account connected to your Stripe profile.

Your contributors or backers using credit cards to contribute will not incur any fees at all ever.

If your website has campaigns which are in post processing mode (funds captured and processed after campaign has ended) then by default post processing will stop if there is any failed credit card pre-authorizations and wait for approval from campaign creator or website administrator before it can resume.

However you can force post processing to always continue regardless of the failed credit card pre-authorizations and thus not requiring any campaign creator or website administrator intervention by enabling the option called “Always Capture Funds” under Administration Panel -> Portal Settings -> Campaign Settings as shown below.

Thrinacia Reach uses Stripe for all payment processing. Stripe is a payment processing provider available in many countries worldwide.

Signing up with Stripe is very easy to do. You just need to have valid Bank Account for deposits and you can setup account within minutes. Thrinacia Reach will prompt you to setup Stripe account or sign into existing Stripe account under Funding Step for the campaign as per screenshot below.

Once you click “Connect with Stripe” button you will see Stripe account form (as per screenshot below) that needs to be filled out if you don’t have existing Stripe account. Once this form is filled out with your bank account information and you are connected (as depicted in above screenshot) then you can submit campaign for live launch.
