How does Direct Transaction mode work?
When you enable the direct transaction mode from admin Web UI panel all funds, (minus the Stripe charged fees) are distributed to the site owner’s account. When the direct transactions are enabled the Funding step is removed from the campaign creation.
In non direct transaction or default mode, campaign creator will need to connect their own stripe account to the system under funding step. System will then automatically distribute funds between site owner and campaign creator/manager based on set portal percentage.
Are there any additional hidden costs with Thrinacia’s monthly subscription plans?
There are no hidden costs. The only additional costs that we charge is for any custom development work that is specifically requested by clients.

What are the hours of operation for Thrinacia’s support team?
Our standard support staff is available between 8AM-4PM PST Monday-Friday. Our emergency only support is available during off hours.
Is there an option for a one time payment rather than month to month pricing options?
No, Thrinacia only offers monthly subscription payment options at this time. Thrinacia is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution which comes with the dedicated REST API Backend and Web UI Frontend. It includes software updates, backups, monitoring, high availability, scalability and myriad of crowdfunding features. It is a turnkey solution.
What does a fully custom plan include?
Custom plans are tailored to your needs. We will provide you with a price once we have a chance to assess exactly what you are looking for.
Can offline contributions be accepted, entered into the system and reflected in the campaign total?
Yes, offline donations can be accepted. Site administrators are able to update campaigns with offline contribution information.
As the site administrator, can I ensure that contributors/donors receive a tax form for contributions?
Yes, the site administrator can upload the tax form to the site and customize the email notification to include the attached form.

Can campaign managers send messages to and receive messages from contributors?
Yes, there is a My Messages tab in the My Dashboard panel that campaign managers can access. Campaign managers are able send and receive messages through the My Messages page. Here is a tutorial that covers this: Campaign Management, Contribution Management and Message Center – Tutorial.
